The objective of the Centre of Excellence and Innovation is to ensure that the Financial Industry employees have the necessary skills, tools and knowledge to perform their job through effective training and development. The centre of Excellence and Innovation exists to give employees the training they need to stay ahead of the curve. The centre will offer professional courses for purposes of providing meaningful knowledge, skills and abilities. The main aim of the centre is to identify and prioritize the common training needs of Eswatini and the SADC Region.
