What is the e-Recruitment system?
It is an online application tracking tool that automates the recruitment and selection process — from job requisition to replacing the current manual processes.
Can I still submit recruitment requests via email or hard copy?
No. Once the system is live, all recruitment requests must be initiated through the e-Recruitment platform to ensure proper tracking and reporting. This means the recruitment email previously used will be disabled.
Who do I contact for support?
For technical or process support, contact Human Capital Department on +268 2408 2000 during working hours (Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00).
I would like to make an application to Central Bank of Eswatini for any available job openings?
Our recruitment system provides for unsolicited curriculum vitae applications (resumes submitted to an employer without being specifically requested or in response to a job advertisement). Please click on “Voluntary CV submissions” to send your application.
Can I apply for more than one position advertised?
Yes, you are welcome to apply for multiple positions that match your skills and qualifications. However, given the recruitment system is pre-set per vacancy advertised to add to the application tracking, it is therefore advisable that you complete the whole personal information required by the job vacancy.
When can I expect a response after applying?
Our recruitment system will provide a prompt response at five critical stages of the recruitment process which are a) application acknowledgement b) shortlisting c) interviews d) post-interviews e) letter of offer. It is therefore important to capture your email address correctly as it will be a focal point of contact between the Central Bank of Eswatini and the applicant.
What about data security?
The system is configured to comply with the Bank’s information security policies and applicable data protection laws, ensuring all candidate and recruitment data is secure.
